Announcing the GRAND OPENING of VENTURE SCHOOLING
A store dedicated to selling products created by homeschoolers. 

Dear Homeschoolers:

We would like to announce that we have just launched an internet store for home schooled students. This is place for home schooled children to sell their creations (art, crafts, games, anything). We are calling it "Venture Schooling." The goal is to encourage internet entrepreneurship for home schooled youth.. Does your child have something that he or she creates and sells every year at the a conference? Now there is a place where your children can sell their products through our secure storefront. Right now we are getting the word out in the homeschooling community. Feel free to announce this to any of your groups which might be interested. Our three daughters have been working away at their products and their products are now ready to be bought..

If you are interested in selling your child's handiwork in our store, then please enter your email address below and I will add you to our e-group. This group was created to answer questions which are associated with the on-line store called Venture Schooling. There we will discuss helping our children become more enterprising. You can also use this group as a testing ground for innovative ideas.

There will be no charge, at this time, to the students. There will be a handling fee tacked onto the shipping cost, to help off-set our storefront overhead. The handling fee will be, for now, twenty five cents per item for products selling for under $10.00. For items costing $10.00 or more, the cost will be one dollar per item. This fee will be added to the price the purchaser pays. We will process the on-line payment through our shopping cart (with PayPal which accepts credit card, the customer does not need a Pay Pal account), then send the money (minus the handling fee) to the child and parents. Note that there is no fee unless and until the product is sold. You must sign up for your own PayPal account so that I can pay you. If you feel you can't do this then please e-mail me at annseveri@msn.com, so we can work out some other arrangement.

When you have joined the group, an instant e-mail will be sent to you with the information that I need to post your child's products.

We are excited to offer this to the homeschooling community. Come and join us, and let's teach our children how to be enterprising.
